Terms of service
Effective 28 October 2026. X-notes is provided by BoostYard LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. By using X-notes you agree to these product terms and our privacy and identity visibility policy. Contact hello@boostyard.com.
Plans
Free allows 100 active notes. Pro allows up to 10,000 at $5/month or $29/year. Deletion frees capacity. Cancellation retains verified paid access until expiry. Existing notes remain accessible on downgrade; creating new notes pauses at/above the free allowance.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Pro renews monthly or annually at the selected USD price until you cancel. You can cancel through billing settings to stop the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Request a refund within 7 days of your first payment by emailing support with your account and payment reference. We do not automatically prorate unused time. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Deleting your account cancels its active subscription immediately and removes your notebook. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund; contact support within the refund window or where applicable law provides additional rights.
Visibility and source access
Note bodies are private. Free note-taker identities are visible to eligible premium owners; paid users may hide identity only while paid. Complete source capture and subsequent source updates depend on permitted provider access. X-notes is independent and does not claim endorsement by X.
Your account and content
Keep access to your connected X account secure. You retain ownership of your own notes and permit us to store and process them to provide X-notes. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, infringement, unauthorized access or attempts to evade account and payment limits.
Availability
Availability depends on X, Google Cloud, Stripe and browser platforms. Source access, rate limits and cost controls can interrupt capture; an incomplete capture remains a draft. We may suspend abusive use or discontinue a feature, explaining material changes where practical.
Governing law
Delaware law governs these terms, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction applies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
